Phase 1 - Discovery Phase :

It involves steps like:

• Requirement Gathering.
• Site Analysis.
• Client Goals and execution analysis.
• Preliminary design and its analysis.

Phase 2 - Design Phase :

It involves majorly three sub-phases viz, Conceptual Designing, Developed Designing, and Technical Designing which involves steps like:

• Prepare the design brief from the rough preliminary designs, lead to conceptual designing.
• Confirming the key requirements, the number of constraints, Relevant approvals, and procurement methods including Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire protection systems is catered which leads to the foundation for the preparation of construction documents comes in developed designs.
• Technical designs lead to technical design drawing and submission.

Phase 3 - Deployment Construction :

It involves necessary construction documents and actual construction which involves:

• Regular site visits on defined time frequencies.
• Progress monitoring.
• Field reports.

Phase 4 - Handover :

Project handover is the last phase ensuring every nook and corner of the project is as per the drawings and or any other contract documents. Thus, the project handover completes.
